Gixey does not share or sell your private data to anyone outside of our organization. Our organization includes authorized contractors and Gixey vendors. Your data is used by Gixey to deliver features, services and an overall better experience.

Like you, we do not like getting spam. That is why we will treat your email address the same way that we would like ours treated. Your email address will only be used by us (Gixey) to contact you, as you use our service.

Our security measures prevent any of our channel partners, vendors or unauthorized users from having direct access to your private information. Your information is kept private on our secure servers at all times. There may be times where we need to use your information in conjunction with a service from another company (vendor). For example, we may use your email address to send you a scan report and we may use secure services from a Gixey vendor to send that email.

We will never ask for your account information through email. If there is a problem with your usage of the Gixey service, please reach out to us via email or other means. We may from time to time, send email related to maintenance, billing, new features, service enhancements and/or other Gixey service specific purposes.

Your payment information is encrypted and stored with our Enterprise-Grade merchant service, and we do not have access to your payment details and do not store payment information on our secure servers. Your other personal information is kept private. We have your site contact information separate from your payment information.
